These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 22pak online entertainment platform ("Platform"), operated under the brand name 22pak and accessible at https://22pak.cam ("Website"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 22pak and confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

Access to and use of the 22pak Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
22pak reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, with affected balances subject to review in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address and contact number. You may be required to provide a Pakistani national identification number or equivalent identity reference as part of the verification process.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. If 22pak determines that a User holds multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — 22pak reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets and forfeit any remaining balances in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.
22pak applies Know Your Customer verification procedures in line with standard operator compliance requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to withdrawal approval or at any other time 22pak deems appropriate:
Account functionality may be restricted pending the completion of KYC verification. 22pak does not accept responsibility for delays in withdrawals or platform access arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted on the Platform using your account credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not you authorised such activity. 22pak strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication.
The Platform is made available solely for personal entertainment purposes. You are permitted to use the Platform to place real-money wagers on available sports markets and casino games, subject to these Terms and any specific product rules applicable to individual games or betting markets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of balances without notice:
22pak reserves the right to refuse, cancel or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a bet is placed on a suspended market, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity.
The official result of any sports betting market will be determined based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-sanctioned matches, the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute over the official outcome, 22pak's decision — made in good faith following review of available official sources — shall be final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. 22pak reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits where deemed appropriate for risk-management or responsible-gambling purposes.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement at the discretion of 22pak's trading systems. Bets placed after the commencement of an event that are determined to have been accepted in error due to a data or system delay may be voided.
Each casino game is governed by its own specific rules, displayed within the game interface. Where a conflict exists between the specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics. These Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, payments and dispute resolution.
All deposits must be made through payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of deposit. Supported payment methods, minimum deposit amounts and any applicable fees are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.
You may only deposit using payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to a third party — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and a refund of the deposit (less any applicable processing costs) at 22pak's discretion.
Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. 22pak does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Currency: All transactions on the Platform are processed in the currency supported by the Platform for your account type. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) figures are referenced, they are indicative only — actual transaction currency depends on account configuration and operator settings.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by users who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 22pak's compliance team. Withdrawals of real-money balances are subject to compliance review at each stage.
22pak does not guarantee withdrawal processing times. Processing durations are affected by KYC status, the payment method selected, the volume of pending compliance reviews and third-party processing times. First-time withdrawals typically undergo more thorough review than subsequent requests.
Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible — due to account closure, technical limitations or compliance requirements — an alternative method may be used at 22pak's discretion following satisfactory verification.
Withdrawals may not be processed while active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on an account. Users who elect to withdraw with active bonus funds will have their bonus balance forfeited prior to withdrawal processing.

Users who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play with other accounts or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts terminated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping, framing or any commercial use of Platform content without the express written consent of 22pak.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from 22pak to the User. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22pak, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to any User for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 22pak's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User to their 22pak account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22pak makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, reliability or uninterrupted availability.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 22pak support. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) may be withdrawn following completion of KYC verification.
22pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and, where applicable, returned to you following the completion of any outstanding compliance procedures, less any funds subject to forfeiture under these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22pak holds its operator licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
For users based in Pakistan, we note that the applicable local laws — including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions on gambling activity. Nothing in this clause implies that the Platform is licensed in Pakistan or that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Users are solely responsible for their compliance with local legislation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
